One of the three people convicted in the mysterious death of a Kentki mother of five is asking a judge for a new test.
Joseph Lawson was convicted of a conspiracy to kill and tamper with physical evidence in the death of 35 -year -old Crystal Rogers in Bardestown, As Fox 56.
Lawson was tried with Rogers’s lover, Brooks Hawk.

Lawson’s lawyers on Wednesday argued in a new proposal made public that his client should not have been tried with Hok, citing the statements made by Hauq to investigators, which were presented during the test, WDRB Informed,
“The huge amount of evidence presented in the test was otherwise not acceptable [Lawson’s] The trial and clearly had a spilover effect, “the appeal allegedly stated, saying Lawson stated that” had the right to properly determine its conviction free from the stains tried jointly with Brooks Hauq. ,
The lawyers reportedly claimed that, in view of the fact that Hauq did not testify during the test, Lawson had no way to defend himself against the statements presented to the jury.

Earlier this month, a jury found two people guilty of killing Rogers, who was last seen with Hawk during the July 2015 weekend. Police later found that Rogers’s Marun Chevi Empala left with a flat tire with a flat tire with a flat tire with a flat tire with a flat tire.

Steve Lawson, the father of Joseph Lawson, was tried separately and according to the outlet, convicted his son’s allegations. He was allegedly sentenced to life in jail and is currently appealing for his sentence.

A final punishment for Lawson and Hawk is scheduled for August 21.
Lawson did not immediately respond to the request of Fox News Digital for lawyers and comments.
