Middleton Crash victim named after the arrest of murder

A 15 -year -old boy was killed in an accident consisting of an electric bike and a car was named as Devon Simmond.

The Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said its officials were called to report on Raura Crescent in Middleton on Tuesday, 12:00 BST on Tuesday.

The teenager was declared dead on the spot.

A GMP spokesman said a 59 -year -old man was later arrested on suspicion of murder.

Bal said that the teenager’s family was being supported by the authorities.

Detectives are also looking at an alleged theft – on which another 15 -year -old boy has been arrested before the collision.
