Three more people have been accused after the alleged violent disorder outside the hotel residence asylum.
Protests occurred outside the Bell Hotel in Essex on Thursday and Sunday, where police officers were injured during clashes.
A 47 -year -old and a 36 -year -old man, from both the Epting Forest District, was accused of violent disorder on Tuesday, while a 34 -year -old man from Wikford was accused of failing to cover a face.
He was scheduled to appear before the Chelmsford Crown Court on 18 August, the Essex Police said.
Officers were given additional power to force people to remove facial coverings on Sunday.
CH Supta Simon Anslo said: “We will not hesitate to arrest if we are criminality.”
It followed Madels Vetez worker Dean Smith in Eating, who first appeared before the Chelmsford Magistrate Court.
The 51 -year -old did not argue any argument for using or threatening the use of illegal violence, and was sent to custody until a August hearing.
District Judge Christopher Williams was told about a WhatsApp group with 600 members who were planning to attend the hotel.
On Thursday, hundreds of people gathered, at the same time a small group people as well as a demonstration supporter performed.
Prosecutor Elizabeth Connor told the court that peaceful protests in violent disorders, with fireworks, throwing of eggs and bottles, “quickly increased”.
He said that more than 100 police officers participated but were “overwhelmed” by the protests.
Ms. Connor said that Mr. Smith participated in protest on Thursday and returned on Sunday, when he was arrested after being identified on several pieces of footage.
Defending Mr. Smith, Richard Mutton said that his client participated for “peaceful protest”, and on Thursday he returned home before implementing the police order.
On Sunday, more than 1,000 people participated in another protest, throwing the entrance of the Projectal Hotel towards a police van blocking.
Mr. Smith was the second person to appear before the magistrate regarding the protest at the Hotel.
33 -year -old Keith Silk of Torington Drive at Essex’s Loton on Monday presented a violent disorder before the Southnd Magistrate Court, but did not argue on another charge of damaging a sign by shaking a sign in the hotel.
He was released on conditional bail, he was forbidden to enter Eating and participate in any protest in the UK, and will also appear before the Chelmsford Crown Court on 18 August.
After the demonstrations, a man living in the hotel was accused of sexual harassment, harassment and abetment of a girl to engage in sexual activity.
Hadush Kebatu, a 41 -year -old Ethiopia, denied crimes and was sent to custody during a hearing on Thursday.
Two conservative MPs – Neel Hudson and Alex Bergart – were called to the hotel to close the hotel, while the Tory leader of the Epting Forest District Council, Chris Whitbred described it as a “powder keg” position.
