There was not all laughter behind the curtain “married … with children”.
The stars Christina Applegate and Katey Sagal clearly shared how members of artists were honest on the set of the 90s.
“We were a satirical, condemn bunch,” Sagal accepted it “Pie” podcast, Husband with Kurt Sutter. “You were not safe, really. You have made your back, going to talk about someone — on you.”

His guest at the podcast, Applegate, said and recalled the moment when he realized that people were garbage him, while she was step away in her dressing room.
“I could hear that S-is being talked about in his dressing room on the monitor,” he said. “I come from rehearsal and I can hear everyone on the set, really talking about me.”
“I was so, wow, I was there 20 seconds ago,” he shared his response.
Sagal played Applegate’s onscreen mother in the show, which ran from 1987 to 1997.

Applegate had earlier revealed that the pressures he faced on “married … with children” inspired him to develop food disorders.
In March, the “Dead to Me” actress opened about being a child star and how it affects her health in depth due to being in the headlines.
“Like that character, I was worked for me in my psyche that was not a bueno – like anorexia,” He explained to his “messy” podcast while talking to the guest Sagal at that time.

“Yes, a very bad food disorder began when I was doing the show that really lasted for a long time,” she said.
Applegate said that he never told anyone about the disorder and “was very, very private about it.”

“I would hide in the bathroom to eat, because I was very ashamed around eating that I would hide on the plane, such as when we went to London,” she said. “I remember there was hidden there to eat like a shrimp, because I was so afraid that if someone saw me I think they think that I was going to try to get fat or something else. I don’t know. I was in such a dark place.”
Sagal agreed that applegate in the show was “scrutinized” because she was a “sex symbol”.
As a sex symbol on 17, “F —” with someone’s head, Sagal said, “It was a very wrong show.”

“Chrissy was very investigated and tried to keep it in a box,” Sagal continued. “… then they put it in a tight skirt and short skirt, so, there was a lot.”
Applegate admitted that stimulating wardrobe options were really his idea.
Her character, Kelly Bundi, was originally written as a “hard” “biker girl”, but said that she was inspired by a girl in the 1981 documentary, “The Decline of Western Civilization: Part II: The Metal Years”.

“And she had this big F — hair, and a white lycra dress, and I went to the cupboard department and I said, ‘We are changing it, we represent the zegotist of this rock, the slut video Wicksen thing that is currently running in the world, where men and women are the same. You know that you know.’ So, she has come from here.

Set in Chicago, the series revolves around the Bundi family. Sagal and Applegate acted with Ed O’Neel, David Fustino and more.
