The most difficult area by floods was Ker County, where the Gwadalup river rose to significant levels in many places, according to National weather service dataKerville, the largest city of Ker County, is about 100 miles west of Austin and 65 miles northwest of San Antonio.
Ker County reported to be the most deadly due to floods by Monday afternoon. Other counties include Travis County, where Austin is located.

Camp Mystic located on Gwadalup River
Camp Mystic, where at least 27 campers and counselors died in floods, are in Ker County near Hunt, about 13 miles west of Kerville. Officials said that about 750 children were in the camp when the floods started.
Other camps are also located on the banks of the river, including Camp la juntaWhere two young brothers, Braden and Brock Davis were among the campers who survived.

National Weather Service released A flood watch On Monday, most of the region are already getting away from floods including Kerville.
The NWS said the watch was extended till 7 pm on Monday evening.
