Officials said the fire and explosion were reported and three Rohum buildings were sent to the hospital in the diladelphia’s Nichetown-Tioga neighborhood in the early hours of Sunday.
The Philadelphia Police and Firefighting units responded to the 1900 block of West Bristol Street near Clerisa Street, showing at least three structures just before CBS News Philadelphia cameras in the area that have collapsed with the fuses emanating from the debris.

Philadelphia Fire Department Executive Officer Daniel McCarti said that other buildings adjacent to collapse also cause damage. Some residents have been extracted as a precaution as a precaution. Officers are monitoring the buildings there, they may collapse when they still indicate the standing show.
Police said that two people who have taken to hospitals are elderly women – one is in critical condition and the other is in a stable position.
“This Philadelphia will be a broad, entire day operating for the fire fighting department,” said McCarti.

A resident on the block said she was sleeping when she heard a “big blast” and first thought that her husband fell from the edge of the bed.
“And then I had to come to the window and look out, and I saw people walking on the road up and down,” he said. “And then I came down and my door was all open and there was a glass everywhere on my floor.”
Other residents of the blocks felt that their houses were shaken. Another resident said that he heard a noise that looked like a thunder.
A woman said, “I mean, it’s out of a film. Homes, you know, they are down. So they had to get out of the house,” a woman said.
