A manhunt for a married couple’s killer, who was traveling hiking the Devils Dane State Park with his two young daughters, entered their fourth day on Tuesday, police issued a sketch of a person for questioning and said the killer was injured in the attack.
The Arkansas State Police on Monday night released a composite sketch depicting a man wearing a baseball cap. The police called the person a “person of interest”, who was seen in the park on Saturday.
43 -year -old Clinton Brink, and 41 -year -old Christon Brink were found dead on the footpath to walk in the park on Saturday afternoon. Police said their young daughters, 9 and 7 years of age, were uninhabited and were safe with family members.
While the authorities have not shared the details on a possible purpose or how the couple was killed, the state police issued a statement with the sketch, saying that the suspect was “hurt while attacking the couple.” No further details were given immediately.

The couple’s family issued a statement on Monday, which can be asked to share any information for privacy and to the public that can help in investigation with the authorities.
The statement said, “Clinton and Kristen died the heroes, protect their younger girls and they deserve justice.” “They will always be in all our hearts.”

Mayor David Folk said that the family had gone to South Dakota to Prabari Grove, a small town in north -western Arkansas, and his water was connected less than two weeks ago. Clinton Brink was scheduled to start a job as a milk delivery driver on Monday in a nearby Fietville area, according to his employer Hiland Dairy.

Police described the suspect as a white man with a moderate construction, wearing a long -sleeved shirt, with sleeves, dark colored pants, a dark colored ballcap, sunglasses and fingerless gloves. Police said he was also carrying a black backpack.

The suspect was seen driving out of the park in a black, four-door sedan-a Mazda with a tape covering the license plate. Police said that the vehicle would be traveling at the state route 170 or 220.

Officials have urged the parkgorks who were in Devils Dane on Saturday to check their photos and videos for possible images of the suspect.

The couple’s bodies were taken to the state crime laboratory, which would look at the way of death and the cause.

The Devils is located about 140 miles in the north -west of Dan Little Rock. Remote 2,500 acres of park has hiking trails and rock formations.
