Manchester Airport Trial Juarers told Stamp and Kick a ‘distraction’

During a fracture at Manchester Airport, a police officer’s kick and stamp have been urged by prosecutors to be “not distracted”.

On July 23 last year, the mobile phone footage of the incident was shared on social media and went viral.

26 -year -old Muhammad Amad, and 20 -year -old Mohammad Fahir Amaz is accused of assaulting PC Zachari Marsden, PC Lidia Ward and PC Elli Cook, as they tried to arrest the younger brother.

Officials arrested Mr. Amaz after the report that a man had headed a member of the public inside the airport a few minutes ago to fit his details.

Prosecutors said that Mr. Amaz opposed the police and his brother, Muhammad Amad, 26, intervened as “high level of violence” on the authorities.

Both defendants, Rochedale, of Greater Manchester, deny the allegations and say they were legally working in self -defense or protecting each other.

Mr. Amaz has alleged that PC Marsden and PC ward were attacked, causing him to suffer real physical damage.

He is also accused of an attack by emergency activist PC Cook, and the first attack by beating Abdulcarem Ismail, a member of the public at a Starbucks Cafe in T2 arrival.

In his closing speech for the first jury, prosecutor Paul Greeni KC said that it was “simple logic and general knowledge” that what happened later was “irrelevant that the defendants used the force what he did”.
