A person has been treated at the hospital after reports of a gun extract in Edinburgh.
Police Scotland said the officers were called at around 15:40 at the Haleland Garden in the Wester Halls area.
A 23 -year -old man was treated at the hospital for injuries on his arm, but is not considered a threat to life. No one else was injured.
A 36 -year -old man was later arrested in connection with the incident.
Expert firearms were sent to the scene as a discovery as a discovery was made.
Police said they would maintain attendance in the area.
