A person has declared himself the President of a self-declared country settled in a disputed patch of land between Croatia and Serbia-and it is completed with a flag, cabinet, currency and about 400 citizens.
Daniel Jackson established a free republic of Wordis of 0.5-class-cilomer (less than 125 acres) of the forest along the Danube River. He did this after the discovery of the region that a border dispute was unclaimed by the neighboring country.
“Wordis was an idea when I was 14 years old,” Jackson said, who is 20 years old. “This was an experiment with some colleagues at first. We all dreamed of making something crazy.”

Jackson said, “He exiled us, but could not give a reason.” “He said that we were a threat to homeland security.”

The ancient ‘stick figures’ on the beach are once again visible on the tourist destination.
According to SWN, Jackson now travels frequently in Belgrade, Serbia, where he says that the authorities have been more receptive.
Despite his ban from Croatia, he continues to advocate the right to reach Wordis and expects to return to stay there one day.
“When you find out that you are in the country you have created, it is magical.”
“If successful, I will step down from my position and call the election,” he said.
He said, “I am not interested in power at all … I just want to be an ordinary citizen. It is an eye opening, and I am very proud of what I have achieved.”
Wordis started with just four people, but now more than 400 official citizens claim from the pool of more than 15,000 applicants.

Jackson told SWNS, “This is a very small country, so we have to be careful who we let it go.”
