44 -year -old Wayne Bond was convicted of killing 31 -year -old Rebecca Simkin on Newport Road, Stafford between 24 and 26 July 2024.
His test in Stafford Crown Court lasted 10 days, and he will be sentenced on Friday.
In a statement, Ms. Simkin’s mother and stepfather, Julie and Michael Rigger said that she was “a wonderful mother and loving daughter,” adding: “Becky had her faults, but she was never entitled to die like this.”

Ms. Simkin can be clearly seen without any injury, she said.

Police said that Ms. Simkin did not stay in the Eagle House.
He said that he was signed, but was never signed and no CCTV was seen after that time.
He said that many residents said that they heard a woman shouting in late July 25 and early 26 July.
