One person has accused the mother -in -law of killing Sara Montgomery in the court.
Ms. Montgomery, 27, who was heavily pregnant with her third child was Found seriously injured Donaghadi, before he died on Saturday inside her house in county down.
Zak Hughes, 28, from Ardglane Place in North Belfast, is also accused of child destruction.
He was standing in a dock in the Nutounds Magistrate Court on Wednesday, where a detective chief inspector told the court that he could connect the accused with the allegations.
