As authorities and volunteers continue to discover and assist the destructive flood victims flowing through a part of Texas, various groups and celebrities have donated for donations in the area.
On Saturday, Colombian singer-songman Shakira announced that she would donate a part of the income from her July 5 concert at San Antonio to support families affected by the Texas Hill Country Fluds.
“Dear San Antonio, our hearts and prayers are with flood affected people in Central Texas,” the singer wrote on X. “We are providing disaster relief to the affected families, which are donating a part of tonight’s show for Catholic Catholic Charities of San Antonio.”
The United Services Automobile Association, known as the USAA, has performed $ 500,000 in philanthropic grant to help in search and recovery efforts and will activate employee volunteers to serve local communities.

A non -profit group in the region, the Community Foundation launched the County Flood Relief Fund. All donations will go to organizations that help in emergency.
As of Saturday evening, at least 43 people have died and more than 27 young girls of Camp Mistic continue to search and rescue operations.
