New Delhi: West Bengal Chief Minister Banerjee on Sunday launched a scary attack on the BJP, once again accused Bengalis of implementing “linguistic terror” rule across the country, while saying that a migrant family members were beaten up by Delhi Police.Taking his social media X, Banerjee posted a video showing a child and his mother, which he said that he was part of Chanchal’s migrant family in Malda, allegedly being attacked by the police.“Atrocities !! Terrible !! See how Delhi Police brutally beat up a child and his mother, a migrant family of Malda’s fickle. He wrote in his post.“Where are they taking our country now?” He said.Earlier on Monday, while addressing the Martyr’s Day rally of TMC, CM Banerjee said, “BJP exposed terror on Bengalis, their language; if it is not closed, our resistance movement will reach Delhi.”“Caught a conspiracy against BJP and Bengal, want to remove Bengalis from the voter list,” he said. Banerjee warned that if exercises such as NRC or “Sir-like” procedures were introduced in the state, TMC would oppose them. “We will never allow it.”He directed TMC activists to perform every weekend after 27 July, which they described as “BJP attacks on Bengalis”.As part of the movement, TMC leaders and workers held rallies in various parts of West Bengal on Sunday, PTI.
