Labor Day is of American workers, not political operators

As we say goodbye to the summer season by celebrating Labor Day, most American rank-and-filing are eager to identify the simplicity and determination of workers.

But not union bosses, who kidnap the holiday every year to debate more government powers. Instead of focusing on workers that they claim to represent, the union officials increase political clots to protect and expand their privileged positions.

The reason for this is that today’s unions have been designed to force workers in their rank at the government-legal capacity. In 24 states without right-to-work laws, union major can legally remove private sector workers to “pay or be removed”. Even when the membership of the union is voluntary, workers should collectively accept the bargain for their wages and working conditions.

Workers still have some limited rights guarantee under the federal law, such as the right not to pay the union outstanding amount for political activities (CWA v. Bake, 1988) or the rights of public employees should not be forced to pay any money to the government union (Janus v. AFSCME, 2018). However, union political operators are using their impact – purchased with the outstanding amount of workers collected under the Duresh – to try to push through a legislative agenda that enhances these rights.

For example, Big Labor’s top legislative priority in Congress, The Right to the Right to Work Act (Pro Act), will revoke all existing 26 state rights of work laws by federal fiat. Even though the right to work does not prevent a worker from joining a union or voluntarily paying the outstanding amount, he has made his signature step to end this security for this security.

Why? Because union boss wants to strip the rank-end-file workers of their choice. All this becomes more obvious because you examine other provisions of the Pro Act, which uses many suspects or completely illegal strategies to use the promoters of the union already around the rights of workers.

Such a strategy is the controversial “card check” method of organizing a union, which avoids traditional secret voting that allows workers to be final. Instead, this process allows organizers to submit individually collected union cards from workers, often use pressure or intimidation strategy. AFL-CIO also admitted in its own organizing handbook that such cards do not reflect the real desires of the workers.

To protect the existing unions from dictation (secret-ballot vote to remove an assign association), the Pro Act codes a more common major labor strategy. Officers of unilateral allegations against the company of improper practices through union-filled blocks can unilaterally block votes for months or more.

In many cases, such a strategy was used to prevent votes from having votes, even though 100% of workers signed a decirtification petition. Workers can literally be unanimously opposed to the Union, yet the Sangh officials can manipulate their special legal powers to implicate the workers against their will.

This is the latest indication that today’s union officials have completely rejected the warnings of some initial union officials who wanted to build their organizations without force in their rank to workers.
