Footage broadcast on the state media on Monday showed that dictator Kim Jong Un became emotional as he allegedly mourned the coffin of North Korean soldiers while fighting for Russia in his war with Ukraine.
Footage issued by Korean Central Television and reported by South Korea’s Yonhap News AgencyKim showed a North Korean flag on a casket.
The images broadcast as part of a cultural performance at the eastern Pyongyang Grand Theater were held on Sunday to mark the one -year anniversary of North Korea’s “comprehensive strategic partnership” treaty with Moscow.

Kim, who was included by Foreign Minister Choe Son-Hui, was shown standing near the coffin, hand was pressed on it and lips were tightly closed.

Yonhap reported that the broadcast included pictures of North Korean soldiers along with Russian soldiers in other images, as well as a bloodshed notebook allegedly from the battlefield in Russia’s Cursa region.
The notebook allegedly included a message that wrote, “The disasseed moment has come,” and, “We fight this sacred battle bravely, who fight this sacred battle with immense love and confidence given by our beloved supreme commander on us,” referring to Kim.

Russian Culture Minister Olga Lubimova was also present at the ceremony, which was shown wiping tears, according to Yonhap. Other people of the audience were also seen doing so.

Hong Min Min, a senior analyst at the Korea Institute for National Unification, said that the images designed to shape “Vijay Katha” after joint operations in Yonhap Ukraine.
