Kelly Osbourne says she has lost her “best friend” after the death of her father Ozy Osbourne.
Heavy metal pioneers died on Tuesday at the age of 76.
He died only a few weeks after performing with Black Sabbath at a big farewell show in his hometown in Birmingham.
The concert was particularly poignant for his daughter Kelly, who was engaged in backstage for his long -time companion SID Wilson from Band Slipkot.
Many family members were in Villa Park to support the so -called prince’s darkness, which went out for his final performance.
Famous musicians like Rolling Stones, Metalica and Guns N ‘Ros from Roni Wood also took to stage.
His band Black Sabbath is credited with invention of heavy metal.
In 2003, the father and daughter released a cover of the Black Sabbath song Changes, which reached the number one on the UK Singles Chart.
In his first comments after his death, Kelly Osborne posted an early song with a broken heart emoji from the song on Instagram: “I think I am very sad. I have lost the best friend ever.”
The father-daughter duo was known for a close relationship.
They appeared together on MTV reality TV show The Osbornness which had gone from 2002-2005. It painted the star well as meaning, often with an uncontrolled home patriarch.
Recently he reprimanded his family’s podcast with Mother Sharon and brother Jack.
On Tuesday, the Osbourne family issued a statement stating: “It is more sad than only the words that we can tell that we have to tell that our beloved Ozi Ozi Osborn has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love.”
He did not specify a cause of death, although Star had a series of health problems and Parkinson’s detected in 2019.
