Verboys of North London’s Enfield are known as a black cab rapist after attacking the victims in the city in their hakni car.
Police had earlier said that they believe that former male stripper committed crimes against more than 100 women before being caught.
He sentenced him to life after four victims came forward on public resentment due to the decision of the 2018 parole board.
The board announced that it was safe to be free after 10 years of service.
The decision was later overturned by the High Court, reviewing the decision where the parole board decided that Warboy should stay in jail.
The reasons for denying Warboy parole required their “feeling of sexual right” and women to control.
After four women came forward, Verboys accepted two allegations of administration of a drug with the intention of rape or indecent attack.
He convicted two more allegations of administering a substance with the intention of committing sexual offenses.
