John McArther, a pastor of the Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California, died at the age of 86 on Monday after a fight with pneumonia.
“Our hearts are heavy, yet are rejoiced, because we share the news that our beloved pastor and teacher John McArther has entered the presence of a savior,” Read the post on Monday-night on the X account of “Grace to You” which is the media ministry of McArthur. “This evening, his faith became a vision. He honestly ended until he ran.”
Associate Pastor Tom Patton told the Congress in Sunday’s Sunday service that McArther was admitted to the hospital with illness, followed by the announcement, As Royce report.
“This week, Pastor John contracts pneumonia,” Patton said during the first service. “He was admitted to the hospital and may soon be in the presence of the Lord.”

According to the church website, McArther started his work in the Grace Community Church after graduating from Telbot Theological Seminary in 1969. During her time in the leadership, two morning worship services of the church allegedly increased to fill the 3,500-seat auditorium to capacity, with thousands of members joined various training programs and fellowship groups.
In 1985, McArther became the President of Master University, a four -year -old Liberal Arts Christian College is located at Santa Clarita. A year later, he founded The Master Seminary, a graduate school, according to the Grace Community Church, which specializes in preparing men for full -time rustic roles and missionary work.
McArther also acted as President and depicted the teacher with Grace to You, a non -profit organization that specializes in the development and distribution of his audio recording, books and “Grace to You” television and radio programs.

The pastor made national headlines first in 2020, when a Judge from California ruled that the church may continue services despite the state -wide coronavirus sanctions of Gowin Newsom.
McArther was suffering from years of health complications, including a sudden onset of the disease while campaigning in the service of 2023. Since then, he has allegedly undergoing several surgery targeting atrium fibrillations and other conditions.
