TV presenter J Blade has been accused with two rape cases.
Police said Mr. Blades, known for hosting the BBC show The Repair Shop, would appear in court on the next Wednesday on charges.
A spokesman for the West Mercia Police said: “55 -year -old Jason Blades of Cleverly in Shropshire has been accused of rape cases.
“He is due to appearing in the Teleford Magistrate Court on 13 August 2025.”
Mr. Blades became one of the most famous faces on British TV after the repair shop launched in 2017, in which the members of the public set their valuable assets and herooms.
It started in a day slot and then went into primetime after being a hit.
The show won a National Television Award in 2023, and also won a BAFTA for its Royal Special in the same year, in which the future king took a watch and vase in the workshop.
He hosted money for J’s Blade Home Fix and J and Dome’s Home Fix, and in 2022 he faced a documentary about learning to read at the age of 51.
He was awarded MBE in 2021.
Mr. Blades withdrew from presenting the repair shop last year.
