The Israeli tank has been advanced in Dir Al-Bala in the Central Gaza for the first time, triggering a new wave of displacement among citizens.
Local journalists said the tank on Monday entered the southern and eastern regions of the city amid heavy wind and artillery attacks, a day later, Israel ordered to leave residents in several areas.
Dir al-Bala is one of some areas of Gaza, where Israel has not conducted a major ground operation with Hamas during its 21-month war.
Britain and 24 other countries meanwhile condemned the killing of hundreds of Palestinians at food support points. “The war in Gaza must end now,” he said. “The suffering of citizens has reached a new depth.”
The United Nations said that the withdrawal order at Dir al-Balah affected tens of thousand Palestinians and dealt with “another disastrous blow” for human efforts.
The neighborhood has dozens of camps for displaced families as well as warehouses, health clinics and significant water infrastructure.
Local journalists told the BBC that Israeli tanks and other military vehicles pushed the Eastern Deer al-Balah on Monday from the direction of Kisufim crossing and under the cover of heavy artillery and air strikes.

Night-time footage shared on social media showed explosion and gunfire. Local Medix said many people were killed by shelling.
A spokesman of the British Charity Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), who operates a clinic in Deer al-Balah, described the situation as “extremely important”.
Mai Elavawa said in a statement, “There is firing around our office, and military vehicles are just 400 meters away from our colleagues and their families, who tolerated a harsh night after shifting there.”
On Sunday, the Israeli army ordered an immediate withdrawal of six cities blocks at Southern Deer al-Balah, warning that it would be “working with great power to” destroy the enemy’s abilities and terrorist infrastructure.
Leela Ezet Al-Shana and her family-include two young children and her sister-in-law, whose legs have been dissected-she told the BBC that she had fled from the bureauge refugee camp, which is about 5 km (2.5 mi) in the Nusrat camp on Monday from about 5 km (2.5 mi) in the north-east of Dare Al-Balah.

The coordination of the United Nations office (OCHA) said on Sunday that hundreds of families had already fled.

The families of the hostages have expressed concern that an aggressive may danger them.

According to the United Nations, about 87.8% of Gaza is now covered by Israeli withdrawal or within the militaryized areas of Israel, causing a population of 2.1 million to squeeze about 46 sq km km km, where essential services have collapsed.

The WFP said, “Malnutrition is immediately required for treatment with 90,000 women and children. In three, almost one person is not eating for days,” WFP said.
“Only a large-scale-up in food aid distribution can stabilize this spiral position.”
In its joint statement, a group of 25 countries including European countries, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan condemned that what they said was “the drip feeding of aid and inhuman killing of citizens including children.
“It is frightening that more than 800 Palestinians have been killed while seeking help.”
This condemned Hamas’s refusal to leave all his hostages, and said that “the conversated ceasefire gives them the best hope of bringing them home”.
