Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced on Saturday that India is going to export electric vehicles to 100 countries around the world. He announced while speaking at the Economic Times World Leaders Forum.
PM Modi said that a “very big program” related to it will be held on Tuesday, August 26. However, he did not give much detail about the program.
He said, “I want to tell you about another achievement of India. India is now going to export electric vehicles in 100 countries of the world. A huge program related to this is also being held on August 26 after two days,” he said.
First ‘Made in India’ chip at the end of the year
During the summit, PM Modi made several announcements, one of which was the greatest that by the end of the year, India’s first domestic built semiconductor chip would be available in the market.
He said that the factories related to the semiconductor have started coming to India and decades ago, the country had missed the opportunity to enter the semiconductor manufacturing, however, the situation has now changed.

“We all know that the semiconductor manufacturing could have started in India 50-60 years ago, but India also missed, and the same thing continued for many years to come. We have changed this situation today. The semiconductor-related factories have started coming to India,” he said.
He said, “By the end of this year, India will come on the market for the first time in the chip.”

Shout Shubanshu Shukla
The Prime Minister also highlighted India’s achievements in the space field, especially in the last decade. He said that in the last 11 years, India has completed more than 60 space missions and there are many more missions.
Giving a shouting to Indian Air Force Group captain and astronaut Shubanshu Shukla, he said, “There are many missions. This year, we have also gained the ability to do space doking. It is a major achievement for our future missions. Shukla”.
