New Delhi: A Delhi court on Wednesday canceled the Non-Left Warrant (NBWS) issued against former raw agent Vikash Yadav in an alleged kidnapping and forced recovery case, given that he had failed to appear in the court due to the strike by lawyers. Additional Sessions Judge Saurabh Partap Singh Lalr reinstated the bail for bail and directed him to be produced in court on 17 October.Yadav – who was accused by US authorities for his alleged role in a dramatic conspiracy to kill Khalistani terrorist Gurpant Singh Pannun on US soil – was arrested in December 2023 following a complaint by a Delhi -based businessman, alleged to be forced and kidnapping. A charge sheet was filed in March 2024, and Yadav was granted bail in April 2024. On 24 March, the court exempted him from personal attendance.
