New Delhi: Delhi court has issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against Vikash Yadav, a former R&D officer, which was named as a conspirator in an alleged conspiracy by the US in an alleged conspiracy, which was in the case of alleged kidnapping and involving a city-based businessman.Additional Sessions Judge Saurabh Partap Singh Lalr directed the NBW to be issued against Yadav in an order on August 25, when he failed to appear in the court despite repeated summons in the case of alleged kidnapping and forced recovery on the basis of a complaint lodged by the businessman.The court also issued a “notice on bail” under Indian citizen Surka Samhita Section 491 (process when the bond has been seized), and posted the case for further proceedings on 17 October.Yadav was arrested in December 2023 by a special cell of the Delhi Police, when he was accused of involvement in a conspiracy for a failed murder of Pannun as an accused by the US.In March 2024, a charge sheet was filed in the kidnapping case, and Yadav was granted bail in April 2024. On 24 March this year, a court exempted Yadav from personal presence on his petition citing threat to his life after his personal details were made public.
