First on Fox – An illegal immigrant from Honduras with a criminal history was recently arrested and a person was accused of attempting to murder after stabbing three times during a public football game in Alabama.
The Homeland Security Department (DHS) on Friday confirmed Fox News Digital that the US immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) lodged an immigration prisoner against 20 -year -old Xavier Lopez Tinoco, on which attempted murder after a brutal stab attack in Baldwin County, Alabama.
The office of Baldwin County Sheriff arrested Tinoco on July 19, when he stabbed the victim thrice during a public football game in Samradel, according to DHS.

After the attack, he allegedly fled from the spot. The current condition of the victim is unknown.
The police were able to track Tinoco down on 29 July, and when he was arrested, officials said he had four small bags of cocaine with him.
After the arrest, the Ice immediately filed an arrest stop to prevent Tinoco’s release and ensured that he remained in custody pending criminals and removal proceedings.

The incident of stabbing was not Tinoco’s first run with the law.
He was arrested by the police for public intoxication in 2024, DHS confirmed.
