The US immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) lashed out the city of New York for its sanctuary policies, as the city police accused Dominican National of sexual misconduct with a child under 11 years of age.
Ice arrested Robert Reid Mendez Jimnez on August 13, when he was accused of a child hunter crime.
The federal agency said that the police department of New York City (NYPD) released Jimnez from custody when local authorities ignored an immigration prisoner from the ICE, the federal agency said.
Jimnez was released despite NYPD arrested on several sexual abuse charges, including sexual conduct with a child under 11 years of age.

The Ice said that Mendez is under the final expulsion order since July 2018 after illegally entered the US. He will remain in snow custody until it is removed.
Homeland’s Security Secretary Christie Nom has excluded Adams in the past for the sanctuary laws of New York City, although the Mayor said, “I have nothing to do with the rules that have been put in place. I just meet the rules.”

Earlier this month, Attorney General Palm Bondi said that it sent letters to give sanctuary jurisdiction for a week to follow the federal immigration laws or to face the action of the Department of Justice.
On social media, Bandi called “demand letters” an important step to eliminate nationwide sanctuary policies. He warned that the courts who put illegal migrants in front of the citizens will have to face cases if they refuse to comply with.
