Immigration officials said an ice captive in Pennsylvania was declared dead after discovering “hanging from the neck” inside a custody center.
China’s 32 -year -old Choffeng GE was found to be unanimous at the Moshanon Valley Processing Center in Philipsburg on the morning of 5 August, according to the US Customs and Immigration Enforcement. His death is under investigation.
ICE said in a statement, “He was in snow custody for five days and was waiting for the hearing before the Executive Office of the Department of Justice for the immigration review. The ICE said GE was arrested for criminal use of a communication facility, illegal use of computer, and access devices fraud by a low Pasteon Township Police Department.
The next day, the agency’s Philadelphia office filed a custody against him.

“According to the OCE policy, enforcement and removal operations, the US Homeland Security, Inspector General’s office and the integrity coordination center informed the Ice office of professional responsibility. ERO provided the Chinese Embassy notification of death,” Ice also said.
