Exclusive: The Homeland Security Department is launching a major recruitment campaign as the agency strives to grow in large-scale exile efforts and new funding from the expenses bill of the Trump-supported Congress.
Money in the expenditure bill, called “One Big Beautiful Bill”, provides funds to appoint 10,000 new ice agents. The DHS is launching the “Defend The Homeland” campaign, which includes posters showing major figures including President Donald Trump, Acting ICE Director Todd Leone and DHS Secretary Christie NoM.
“The Biden administration allowed the worst position from all over the world. Thanks to President Trump, the ice has now been empowered to go after these heinous persons-to upcoming and deported them. My message for law enforcement is this: we will never leave you and we are doing everything that we can do to keep you,” Nom said.

The recruitment attempt comes when the agency continues operations to combat illegal immigration, which involves deportation of those with criminal defects and allegations to illegally enter the country.

According to DHS, the attack on agents has increased by 830% in the Los Angeles region including riots and protests across the country.
On the recruitment web page, the agency has “how dangerous work is?” Listed as often asked questions.

“The Ice Law Enforcement Officers should expect a certain level of risk when performing their duties; however, they are specially trained and each precaution is taken by ice when it comes to protecting the good of its authorities,” it is said in the website.
