“We are definitely going, as you have said, floods in the area, especially in the courts of the sanctuary,” he moved forward. “And obviously Boston and Massachusetts decided that they wanted to be sanctuaries and sanctuaries do not mean safe roads. This means that more criminal aliens are out and in the neighborhood.”
Leones reported that during Operation Patriot, ICE pursued the “targeted enforcement operation” of the criminal aliens issued by the city of Boston and Massachusetts.
Operation Patriot resulted in arrest of about 1,500 illegal migrants, including killers, rapists, drug traffickers and child sex hunters.

Speaking on Fox Business, Bandi said that he sent letters to 32 mayors and seven governors, “telling them that you make better compliance or you are ahead.”
Bondi highlighted a letter, which he had sent to California Gove Gavin Newsom, in which he warned that “the person working under the color of the law could be subject to criminal charges using his official status to obstruct or motivate illegal immigration or to facilitate illegal immigration.”

Wu publicly rejected Bondi’s demands during a press conference, calling the ultimatum a political stunt.
Wu said on Tuesday, “Stop attacking our cities to hide the failures of your administration. Unlike the Trump administration, Boston follows the law.” “This is our city. It is our country, and I am very proud and grateful to show the world that our community is here in Boston and what we are making.”
In response to Leon’s comments, Wu’s office shared a statement with the mayor that was answering another reporter’s question. Wu reiterated, “In Boston, we all follow and follow laws, cities, states and federals. And we will not back down from communities that have made us the safest city in the country.
He said, “This is a beautiful, diverse, incredible city and I have said that now this administration needs to stop attacking cities to hide its failures,” he said.
