President Donald Trump on Monday signed an executive order, which makes the prosecution of those caught as intimidating the American flag, an exercise described by the White House as “specificly aggressive and stimulating”.
“My administration will work to restore respect and purity towards the American flag and sue those who provoke violence or otherwise this symbol of our country violates our laws, to the full extent under any available authority,” Order says,
The viral examples of public flag burning have become very prominent for Monday’s order. Below is a list of many recent flag burning.

June 2025: Los Angeles Anti-Ice riots
During the recent anti-Ice riots at Los Angeles, people burnt American flags on the road to protest Trump’s federal immigration crack in the city.

“Burning this representation of America can cause violence and riot. The US flag burning is also used by groups of foreign nationals, which is as a calculation act to intimidate and threaten violence against Americans due to their nationality and place of birth.”
