Somewhere else in Texas, Honduran was arrested after being guilty of driving illegal Darlin Jose Martinez-Epinoza, sexual harassment with a child, indecency with a child, and driving drunk in Austin.

The agency said, “From Texas to New York, from California, ICE officials are the worst violent criminals from our streets and sending a clear message: America is no longer a safe shelter for criminal illegal aliens.”

Abrego Garcia was sent to his country, Al Salvador earlier this year, but later returned to the US to prosecute allegations of human trafficking. The DHS has earlier offered evidence that Abrego Garcia is also a member of the Salvadoran gang MS -13 and defeated his wife first, calling her a “public safety threat”.

Chris Sneman, a lawyer from Ebrego Garcia’s family, has clearly denied the claims, stating the Fox News Digital, “None of those things is correct, full break.”
The problem here is that the administration is making the most difficult effort to litigate the matter through the media, as the law has been opposed through the courts of laws.
DHS called it “crazy” that “the politicians of the sanctuary chose to glory and stand with a member of the MS -13 gang on the safety of American citizens.”
