Exclusive: As Christians around the world face growing legal and cultural threats to express their beliefs, the Graham family is carrying forward efforts to protect the freedom of speech and religion through both financial support and public advocacy.
The Billy Graham Evengeology Association (BGEA) has introduced a new $ 1.3 million legal defense fund to help Christians and churches across Europe, which is being taken to court on their Bible beliefs.
At the same time, Sisi Graham LynchFranklin Graham’s daughter and late Rev Billy Graham’s granddaughter is urging believers not to be silent in front of the growing hostility including the United States.
Franklin Graham told Fox News Digital, “We preach a message of God’s love, but when a small group of workers in Britain called it hate – we were canceled.” “Our advertisements were removed from buses and Venue demolished our events. We erected our grounds and challenged the decisions in the court. Although it took seven years, all the nine legal disputes were resolved in our favor.”

After those wins, BGEA created a Billy Graham Defense Fund, sown from court settlements with £ 500,000 (about $ 678,000). Samari’s purse, which Graham also carries, contributed an additional £ 500,000, to a total of £ 1 million, or about $ 1.3 million.
“We said,” we won through BGEA court cases in Britain, and put those funds in Billy Graham Defense Fund – a new ‘war chest’ to help other Christians in Europe who is threatened or not intimidating in silence and not expressing their faith, “Graham said.
But the issue, he said, is not limited to other countries.
“Christians are not silent only in other countries,” he said. “BGEA and Samari’s purse have also been involved in many different legal matters that affect the freedom of believers that they are here to live their faith in the US”
