A government cyber security contractor is being jailed at Washington, DC, to run his jeep near the crowd at the National Mall, prosecutors have described June 21 as “absolutely derogatory” crime.
At a court hearing on Monday, the prosecutors argued the Curtis Lear of Washington, DC, closed their vehicles on the grass of the National Mall near hundreds of people, some of which were to “dodge out of the way.”
A federal prosecutor said that Lear wrongly and in circles, “people forced people to run in every direction in terror.” Pictures presented by the Justice Department in the filing of the court show that on the night of June 21, the black jeep, who went to the pedestrian-cavity landmark, showed a cloud of dirt and grass kicking.
The federal prosecutor said that a victim and the victim’s spouse had to jump “to avoid being killed by a layer car.
The layer did not spoke during Monday’s hearing, nor has he filed a petition in the case. He faces several federal allegations including destruction of government property.

Other photographs submitted in the court on Monday revealed that the vehicle came close to the US capital and the crowd, causing a loss of about $ 10,000 to the mall.
According to the court filing, when he was stopped by an officer on foot, Lear rolled the driver’s side window and said, “This is just a joke.”
The layer was arrested two days after the incident. Prosecutors said that investigators track their jeep’s license plate, tracking the layer at their home in Washington.
In court on Monday, Judge Michael Harvey pressured the prosecutors about whether he has set any other purpose for the attack, or any association between the lire and the big organizations. The lawyer of the Department of Justice said that Harvey had no one.
There is a fear of June 21 amid a warning of homeland security experts about the risk of vehicles attacks in public sectors and ceremonies. At least 14 people were killed and dozens were injured when an attacker went around the barricades and Borebon Street hurt down New Year’s French Quarter in New Orleans.
