Army Secretary Dan Driskl on Thursday highlighted the valor acts performed by soldiers at Fort Stewart during a shooting at the base.
Driskol spoke of six soldiers, who during the attack “put themselves in hormsway” in which five people were shot. He said that a soldier, who became anonymous, to deal with the alleged shooter, the US Army Sergeant Quornius Redford.
“The rapid action of these soldiers, under stress and under the trauma and under fire, survived completely lost,” Driskall said, the soldiers doing phrases for their “valor”.
Driskol stated that another soldier jumped on the top of Redford and after the other solidar he was dealt with while the other four were injured in shooting to receive care.

“These American soldiers have properly highlighted the army in this country,” a driskol said. “It has been during some of the most dark moments in the history of this nation, and it has been there and has been strong and has acted on behalf of American citizens.”

Three of the five soldiers shot in the attack have already been released from the hospital. The remaining two are in a stable position, but hopefully there are long roads for recovery.

Redford, who is caught, is 28 years old and served as one Automated logistics surgent Assigned to ABCT.
The army stated that Redford is from Jacksonville, Florida, and joined the army as an automated logistics expert in January 2018.

The army also said that Redford has never been deployed.
He was arrested after shooting and is currently in pre-testing imprisonment.
