New Delhi: The BJD chief and the Leader of the Opposition in the Odisha Assembly, Naveen Patnaik, was admitted to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar on Sunday due to age -related diseases.The 78 -year -old former Chief Minister complained of restlessness on Saturday night, after which the doctors visited their residence, Naveen Niwas.The BJD leader said, “The hospital will soon release a bulletin on Patnaik’s health status.”Patnaik had recently undergone spinal surgery for cervical arthritis at a hospital in Mumbai. He left for Mumbai on 20 June, passed through the process on 22 June, and was discharged on 7 July. He returned to Odisha on 12 July.
