A Florida person who was convicted in shooting the death of a man and woman outside a time in 1993, is to be executed on Tuesday as part of an attempt to take a revenge.
54 -year -old Michael Bernard Bell is to be taken to death by a fatal injection in Florida State Jail near Stark City, until he is allowed for the last day.
Bell was convicted in 1995 and was sentenced to death in the killings of Jimmy West and Tameka Smith.
In December 1993, Bell saw that he was a car’s car who killed his brother earlier that year, according to the court records. Bell seemed unaware that the man had sold the car to the west.

Bell called two friends and armed himself with AK -47 before detecting the car parked outside the liquor lounge and waited for the vehicle to come out. When West, Smith and another woman eventually came out of the club, Bell approached the car and according to officials, removed his gun.
West died on the spot and Smith died due to his injuries on the way to the hospital. The other woman was not injured.
Eyewitnesses said that Bell also opened fire on a crowd of spectators before fleeing from the scene.

He was later convicted of three additional murders before shooting at the bar. Officials said in 1989 they shot a woman and her child, and they killed their mother’s lover about four months before the shooting of West and Smith.
Bell’s Attorney has filed an appeal with the Florida Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court.
In their state filing, the lawyers argued that the execution of the vine should be blocked due to newly discovered evidence related to the witness testimony. But the Justice unanimously rejected the argument last week, stating what he explained as a huge evidence of Bell’s crime.
Bell’s lawyers filed a similar petition with the US Supreme Court on Thursday, although the country’s Supreme Court has not yet given a decision as its execution time.
