Florida on Tuesday convicted a man for kidnapping a woman from an insurance office and stabbed her badly.
67-year-old Kayle Bates was declared dead at 6:17 pm after a three-digger injection in Florida State Jail near Stark. His death sentence was handed over to Janet White in Florida panhandles after the first-day murder, kidnapping, armed robbery, armed robbery and attempted sexual battery on 14 June 1982.
White’s husband, Randy White saw execution on Tuesday.

Since Bates was taken to a garn, he replied that “no” asked if he had a last word.
In a news briefing after execution, Randy White thanked Florida Gove Ron Desantis for signing the execution.
“I am really humbled with the support of love and support, who did not know any of us. I thank my heart. This means that you will know as much as you will ever know.
Bates kidnapped Janet White from the insurance office, where he worked and took him to a wild area behind the building, where the prosecutors said he tried to rape her.
Officials said he stabbed her and tore a diamond ring with one fingers.

Bates’s lawyers appealed for his sentence and filed a lawsuit claiming the process of desntis to sign the warrant of death, discriminatory. The trial was recently dismissed by a judge.
Bates’s claim stated that organic brain damage was not properly considered during his second fine phase.
Tuesday’s execution was the 10th of the state this year, a record. In the United States, 29 men have died due to execution orderly ordered by the court till Tuesday.
