Firefighters are dealing with a blast in the old Fool College building in London.
Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) said it received the first report of the fire on 19:31 BST on Saturday.
Five NIFRs devices were sent to the scene with an air unit.
Nearly residents have been advised to keep their windows closed and to bring pets indoors due to smoke.
