A federal judge on Monday prevented the Trump administration from implementing large -scale taxes and spending bills that would block the Medicade funding for the employed paternity health centers.
The temporary preventive order by Judge Indira Talwani at Massachusetts blocks the “Big, Beautiful Bill” provision to define the family planning provider.
There is a provision in the new tax and expenditure bill signed by President Donald Trump on July 4 on the issue which ends one year of medicade payment from planned paternity health centers as the organization also provides abortion.

A White House official told Fox News Digital that the Trump administration is committed to abolish the use of federal taxpayers to fund or promote alternative abortion. The official said that the administration’s stance is a situation that agrees with the overwhelming majority of Americans.
On Monday, the planned Parenthud Federation of America, Massachusetts’ Planned ParentW League and the Planned Parenthood Association of Utah filed a case in the federal court.
“Prohibition specially employed the Parents Federation of America and its member health care providers to punish them for legitimate activity, ie outside the Medicade program and offer legal abortion access to them outside the Medicade program and without using any federal funds.”

If allowed to stand, the employed parents said that the provision will have “disastrous consequences” for more than 1 million patients who use the medicade as their insurance in employed paternity health centers across the country, which receive birth control and cancer screening between other services.
Dominic Lee, president and CEO of Massachusetts’ planned Parenthood League, said the organization has a long history of fighting for sexual and breeding freedom.

We were built for this moment,” he said. “In Massachusetts here, we fight back, and we will never be tight to bend our back on health care or human rights.”
