On Sunday afternoon, after his daughter fell from the fourth deck of the 14-Deck Disney Cruise ship, a father jumped into the sea to try to save her.
On social media, the video cheered the passengers and showed that both were safely recovered by a rescue boat. According to the witnesses, they were picked up after the spread of water for 10 minutes.
The witnesses said that the girl fell when her father took her picture against a railing, the witnesses said. A man was aired on an overboard alert ship, and the crew ran to fix them.
Passenger Laura Amdor said, “The ship was moving quickly, so soon, it is crazy how soon people became small dots in the sea, and then you lost their vision.”

The 4,000-person capacity Disney Dream, after sailing for four days around Bahamas, was returning to Fort Lauderdel in Florida.
Disney confirmed in a statement that two passengers were rescued, but offered some details about what happened.
“In Disney’s dream, the crew rapidly saved two guests from water,” said the Disney Cruise Line spokesman. “We appreciate our crew members for their extraordinary skills and quick tasks, which ensured a safe return of both guests on the ship within minutes.
“We used to see it, you could see two little things … it was crazy, it was frightening,” the passenger Gar Frantz told NBC News, explaining how they entered both of them and disappeared almost in the horizon.
The incident occurred on the last day of the cruise, and the ship returned to the port normally in Florida.
While it is rare for passengers to fall from cruise ships, the rescue is often not successful when they do.
According to a cruise lines International Association Report from 201925 people fell from cruise ships that year and only nine were saved from water.
