Eric Menandez, one of two Beverly Hills Brothers According to media reports, decades ago, the convict of the murder of his parents was admitted to the hospital.
Menendez was undergoing treatment for kidney stones, TMZ said on Tuesday. His lawyers are now calling him to be released before the August parole hearing.
“This is a serious situation,” the Attorney Mark Geragos said Tmz. “I think he should be parole furlled, I think it is the appropriate word, and he can medically hatch it so that he can work with parole attorney and get up for speed and get ready and prepared and give it his best shot. I think it’s the solely and justified thing.”

Eric and his brother Lile Menandage were sentenced to 50 years in jail for his parents – Jose and Mary “Kitty” Menandez’s 1989 killings – his Beverly Hills in Haveli.
The brothers initially claimed that the intruders broke into the house and killed their parents.

He later described his actions as self-defense, as his parents allegedly misused him for years after physical and sexual abuse.
The case was renewed last year when Netflix issued a series and a documentary about the murders. The fans ralled around the brothers and called for their release.
Their parole hearing is scheduled for 21 and 22 August.
