A council has temporarily barred the dialect of its High Court from being placed aspayers in the Bell Hotel of Essex – despite the late bid for the government to intervene.
Prohibition was sought by the Epping Forest District Council to prevent migrants in Eating, which were being placed at the venue in Eating, owned by Somani Hotels Limited.
Thousands of people have protested near the hotel in recent weeks, as a refugee living there was accused of sexually assaulting a 14 -year -old girl in the city.
Shri Justice Ire took his decision after refusing to try the 11th hour from Home Secretary Yatete Cooper to dismiss the council case.
All shelter seekers should be taken out of the hotel till 16:00 BST on 12 September, the judge ruled.
The house office warned the verdict that it was decided that it would “greatly affect” shelter seekers in hotels across Britain.
But Conservative Council leader Chris Whitbred said that repeated protests in the episting were increasing tension in the community and caused “irreparable loss”.
Sixteen people have been accused of crimes related to disturbances during several protests, which gave rise to a counter-demonstration in support of migrants, which Essex Police said that the occasion became violent on the occasion.
