A suspect, who was allegedly threatened to bomb an air flight over the weekend, was arrested on Sunday afternoon and accused of false information and threats.
Largo, 27 -year -old Taj Malik Tyor of Florida, told another passenger on Elegant Air Flight 1023, who went to Rowanoke in Virginia, that his laptop was a bomb, which was according to the Pinellus County Sheriff Office. The aircraft flew from St. Pete-Callierwater International Airport (PIE), and quickly returned to the airport after the alleged threat.
“The passenger immediately informed the flight attendants,” the Sheriff Office said. “Detectives say that many other witnesses of the aircraft also heard the Taylor State that they had a bomb.”

After the landing of the aircraft, the office of the Pinellus County Sheriff K9S discovered Taylor’s belongings. He did not get a bomb.
According to the Pinellus County Jail record, Taylor was booked before 11:30 pm on Sunday night, and was released by custody about 11 hours on Monday morning.
The Federal Investigation Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has handled the case, and has provided an arrest affidavit for Taylor.

The affidavit states that Taylor, “Know the information wrong, will power and maliciously for the safety of human life, in the circumstances in which the information may have the perfectly believed, learn about an incorrect information about an alleged effort to make an act … especially, about the person of the defendant may capture or he can occupy an act …”
According to the affidavit, Taylor told investigators that he commented after being rude to a passenger, and said he was recently released with a mental health facility. He said that he had taken the drug on Saturday a day before the alleged threat, and “suffered from lack of clarity”.
According to the FBI, Taylor appeared in court on Monday morning. It is not clear whether he has a lawyer or not.

The airline, in a statement, told Fox News Digital, “Elegant does not tolerate any disruptive behavior, so it was decided to return to the airport.” “The aircraft landed safely and met the law enforcement officers, who took the passenger into custody.”
