The US Education Department said on Thursday that it violated the title IX by Denver Public Schools, which allows all gender bathrooms to be installed and using the bathroom, which allows the use of bathrooms that match their gender identity rather than their biological sex.
The office of the department opened an investigation in January for civil rights, shortly after President Donald Trump returned to the White House, after the school district converted a girl’s bathroom into a toilet of all gender, Denver’s East High School left another bathroom on the same floor for boys.
The district has stated that the change was done after a student-led process and the bathroom had a 12-foot long partition around the toilet for privacy and security.

A second all-linga toilet was later on the same floor, which the district said was to solve the concerns of inappropriateness. The district had said at that time that the students will continue to access the gender-specific bathroom and single-stall, all-linga toilets.
The federal government said that it sent a proposed proposal to the district which included four conditions, for which it should agree to resolve the matter and avoid the risk of “adjacent enforcement action”.
“Denver Public Schools, by converting an ‘all-lingam’ for girls at East High School, changed the title IX and its implementation rules by allowing students to use the intimate facilities of high school on the basis of their ‘gender identity’ instead of their biological sex,” Craig Trainee, Craig Trainee, “Craig Trainee,” Craig Trainee said “Craig Trainee,” Craig Trainee.

“As a result, the district is creating a hostile environment for its students by enduring its safety, privacy and dignity, while depriving them to access to equal educational activities and opportunities,” they continued. “Denver is free to support a self-proclaimed gender ideology, but this federal taxpayer is not free to accept money and damage its students in the title IX. The Trump administration will continuously work to keep accountable school districts that harass ideological fundamentalists and policies that are academic experiences with educational experiences of students.
For the proposed resolution, the district will need to bring back all-lingar bathrooms to sex–stal toilets, allow students to reach the bathroom on the basis of gender identity instead of organic sex to scrap any policies or guidance and “male” and “women” adopt “biology-based definitions” for all policies and “women”.
The district should also issue a memorandum for its schools, stating that they should provide access to the bathroom that “protect students’ privacy, dignity and safety and are comparatively accessible to each sex.” It is also necessary to state that the title IX compliance ensures that girls cannot be discriminated against in any education program or activity.

Under the Trump administration, federal officials have demanded to target school districts for policies that allow students to use bathrooms or allow them to participate on sports teams that match their gender identity.
The President signed an executive order in February to block transgender girls from participating in sports teams that do not match their biological sex.
Earlier this week, the House Republican introduced a law to ban transgender girls from bathrooms or sports teams or toilets, aligning with their gender identity and not with their biological sex.
