Gabbard said, “They are committed to conduct this grand jury investigation and find out no effort, finding the truth.”

The grand jury probe is conducted secretly and it may take day, week or longer to conclude. Prosecutors present the Grand Jury with evidence, and the panelists on the jury are tasked to decide whether there is a possible reason to charge someone with a crime. Getting an indictment against a person through a grand jury is generally much easier than the later procedure of acquiring a punishment against them.
Fox News Digital first reported on the existence of a grand jury investigation related to Gabbard’s intelligence on Monday, but it is not clear who is being targeted in the investigation or what may be on the arms and still within the limits of boundaries.
Gabbard has alleged that the newly formed evidence suggests that President Barack Obama and his national security officers, including John Brain, James Komi and James Clapper, had forgiven the typical protocol for compiling a faulty intelligence product after winning the election in 2016, which reduced their electoral victory.
Gabbard alleged that the intelligence placed a “groundwork” for the story of Trump-Russia, which was the most of the President’s first administration. The two -year special counsel for Russia’s participation in the 2016 election was dominated by Trump’s first chairmanship, but neither the special lawyer identified a conspiracy among Obama officials as if One Gabard has now alleged.
This week, the letter of the DOJ officer to ODNI also includes a request for information about any intelligence community investigation, indicating that they may also be part of the grand jury investigation. Gabard has claimed that the media received information through the Obama administration, which helped Trump’s victory to lie for Russian intervention in the election.

Obama recently dismissed the allegations of Gabbard through a spokesperson in a rare statement.
“With regard to the presidential office, our office usually does not give a constant rubbish and misinformation flowing with a response from this White House,” the statement said. “But these claims are sufficient for a merit. These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt on distraction.”
