Citizens are being urged to flag the “discriminatory” advertisements for jobs, especially they say that the employer prefers people on seasonal or H -1B visas.

DOJ is also allowing people to send people to tips for violations of potential human trafficking related to temporary visa programs.

The H -1B visa for the financial year 2026 has already hit the limit of a legal petition with 65,000 which are standard, and according to American citizenship and immigration services, additional 20,000 for people with advanced degrees. Visas are mainly for skilled workers, including “architecture, engineering, mathematics, physics, social science, medical and health, education, business specialties, accounts, laws, theology and art,” according to the agency’s website.

The State Department spokesman last week told Fox News Digital, “The department’s continuous vet includes more than 55 million foreigners, currently a valid American visa.”
A visa can potentially be nicketed by the department if “to attach to overstays, criminal activity, public safety, to engage in any form of terrorist activity or assist a terrorist organization.”
