The Homeland Security Department told Fox News that attacks against US immigration and customs enforcement (ICE) officials and federal agents operating immigration enforcement are about 700% above last year.
DHS recorded 10 attacks from January 21, 2024 to June 30, 2024. President Donald Trump took over till the beginning of this year till Monday, the department recorded 79 attacks, which increased by 690% year -on -year.
DHS said that the correct number is likely to be more because they are moving so fast that some attack reports cannot be seen yet.

Last month, DHS identified the “serial criminal”, who reportedly threw Molotov cocktails at a hotel near Los Angeles International Airport, where 15 ice agents and 12 US Customs and Border Security (CBP) officers were living.
Eric Anthony Rodriguez was arrested in connection with the June 21 attack, which was “unsuccessful, and no one was injured,” said DHS Assistant Secretary Trissia McLaghalin last week.
Describing Rodriguez as a “coward”, McLaglin said, “Dangerous rhetoric by sanctuar politicians has affected the flames of violence against federal law enforcement.”
The DHS stated that Rodriguez has a long criminal history, including a deadly weapon, a second degree robbery, the punishment for attacking with a check, theft and barbarity. He also had an excellent hooliganism to violate parole.
In another case, a suspected train D Argu (TDA) gang member was accused of attempting to murder a federal officer last month.
According to a criminal complaint, a 30-year-old Venezuela national Gabriel Hartado-Kariyako, a 30-year-old living in a Belvue in Nebraska, started fighting with a special agent on the ground after being pulled during a traffic stop. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and FBI Special Agents had an active immigration-related warrant for the arrest of Hartado-Kariako at that time.

The court documents say the Hartado-Kariako was able to throw the agent by launching the agent in the air. As other officials tried to intervene, they allegedly placed the injured agent in a chokehold until the authorities removed them.
DHS has identified Roberto Carlos Munoz-Gautemala, a child sexual criminal and an illegal foreigner of Mexico, who last month, trying to avoid arrest in Bloomington, Minnesota, dragged an ice officer at a 50 yard of 50 yards away with his car.
“This illegal foreigner has been committing violent crimes in the US for nearly 15 years,” Laflin said. “He is a guilty child sex criminal, who has a rap sheet that involves a domestic attack and a arrest for many driving crimes. Under the village Tim Walz, it was living without results in Siko Minnesota. Instead of comparing snow law enforcement for guestopos instead, Walz should thank these violent criminals for arresting our brave laws.”
Trump, meanwhile, is a “Elegator Alkatraz” surname on Tuesday for a newly built remote immigration prevention center in Florida Everglades.
“This is not a good business,” Trump departed the White House before Tuesday and told reporters of his exile efforts.

This facility collected on a remote airstrip, about 50 miles west of Miami, can give houses to 5,000 detainees.
Republicans are close to passing Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” through the final Senate vote on Tuesday. If passed by the House, the bill will provide a few $ 350 billion for Trump’s limit and national security agenda, which includes $ 46 billion for the US-Maxico border wall and $ 45 billion for 100,000 migratory detention facilities beds, as they aim to fulfill their promises of the largest massacre operations in American history.
The package also includes funds to hire 10,000 new ICE officers, including a $ 10,000 -signed bonus and growth of border petrol officials. The goal is to deport some 1 million people per year.
