A police and crime commissioner apologized for the comments he claimed that many human remains were found at the center of an investigation into a murder in Woodland.
The Devon and Cornwall police said that a person’s body was recovered from wood in a sticker near St. Austell, and no other remains were found.

He said: “The police have operations on these cases. Any investigation will come up fast and I was not in possession of all the facts at that time.”
Dete sept John Bancroft said: “I can clearly tell that we have recovered that the sticker is considered as a Daniel Coleman from a region in Woodland.”
“No other relic is located in this scene till date,” he said.
Police and forensic experts have been making extensive inquiries in Woodland since the discovery of 43 -year -old Daniel Coleman’s body.
39 -year -old James Desboro is accused of killing Mr. Coleman from St. Austell on the date between June 2 and July 7. He is going to return before the True Crown Court next month.
The Hernandez was answering questions at the police and crime panel meeting when he said: “We have found a huge forensic tent and many forensic officers there, obviously we have found the bodies in that wood.
“We are just trying to install how long it can be at this time and are we aware of who they are or what happened to them.
“So we don’t even know how long they have been there, some of them.”
Date Supte Bancroft said: “Currently we are investigating three separate murder in the Cornwal area.
“I currently have all these investigations maintained, and can confirm that they are being done independently of each other and it is believed that it is not believed.
He said: “It is necessary that we continue to respect the integrity of the formal court process and ensure that the justice administration does not compromise in any way.
“We hope that the members of the public understand that, for this reason, we cannot comment further on the defendant or investigation.
“I will also urge people not to speculate on the matter, especially on social media, and the risk of prejuding these proceedings.
“Publishing materials that do so can be a criminal offense under contempt of the court act.”
‘Apologize for any alarm’
In a subsequent statement, Hernandez said: “In an attempt to be helpful, I answered an operational question in the police and crime panels today, however, I was not fully up -to -date with facts of investigation.
“I can apologize for any alarm. It can happen.”
Police are also investigating the discovery of 50 -year -old Lee Hockey’s body, which was found in Woodland between True and Probes on 1 July.
On July 22, a third murder is under investigation after a deadly fire in a residential property in Newcomer.
In the 30s, the body of a person was found in property and a 33 -year -old Bolton’s 33 -year -old man was arrested on suspicion of murder.
