The Rouse Avenue Court on Friday issued notices listed as accused in the ED case to Vadra and various other persons and companies.
The Enforcement Directorate recently filed a charge sheet in the case against three persons and eight firms.
On August 28, the hearing will examine its roles at the pre-cognitive level. This is a judicial step before starting formal allegations for tests.
On August 28, the proceedings will identify whether the court is satisfied with sufficient qualification in the ED case to carry forward the case.
