Law enforcement launched a large -scale manhunt, in which the suspected gunman was tracked through the area. Using cellphone data, a strategic team later located the body of the roll in a wooden area near the original point of the fire. A gun was found nearby.
Officials have not yet confirmed whether he had died of suicide or was badly injured during an exchange with officials.
The identity of two deceased firefighters has not been released publicly, which is a pending notification of family members.
The third fire fighter, which suffered serious injuries, occurred emergency surgery and remained in a stable position.
